Information about booking, payment & cancellation policy
A 25% deposit is due with your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to check in. If you are booking within the 45 day period full payment will be required. For last minute bookings you will need to use Pay-Pal or send certified funds. If you need to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellation policy is as follows. If you cancel with more that 30 days notice you will receive a refund less 10% of the rental rate.
If you cancel with less than 30 days notice you will receive a 50% refund on the rental rate. However if you re-book within 1 year your cancellation fee will be applied to your next rental. A $200 or 20% of total rental rate (which is ever greater) security deposit is required this must be paid with your final payment.
Your security deposit will be refunded after the house has been inspected. Allow 10-14 days for processing. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There maybe an additional charge or security deposit required. We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask that you leave the house in a broom clean condition. If the house is left a total mess we will
deduct cleaning fees from your security deposit. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
